Heater for filter device
out of aluminum half-pipes. The half-pipes are unfold and thus permit free acces to the filter device. Now the hot sections can be removed trouble-free by means of thin spanners.

	Small heater After opening, the small heating can completely be removed. All filter devices fit into the small heater. This heater is folded around the end of the suction tube.

	electrical performance: cartridge ~ 200 Watt, 230 V, Size: Ø 90 x 150 mm with thermocouple (NiCr-Ni) with 2m cable for NiCr-Ni and 2m power supply cable.

Large heater
The large heater serves filter devices with gas distributors Version 2010. The heater is fastened to the suction tube by means of a flange and stabilizes the internal parts. At the back of the heater there is a device for the assembly of a box for bubblers.

		In the front a flange to fix the heater at the suction tube, at the exit openings for the distributor to the bubbler and fixing system for the bubbler holder.

		Example: Sampling for heavy metal: In the heater is placed the filter device and the distributors to split the sucked gas flow for isokinetic controlling and for the bubblers.

Self-regulating small heater for filter devices
Electrical heated, with powerful cartridge heater ~ 220 Watt (230 V), length ca. 155 mm, Ø 90 mm, matching for all filter devices, with built in temperature sensor, material: Aluminium.

Selectable tremperature range: 50 .. 300°C, scale: 10°C (default 120°C). Controlling with built in temperature sensor at the heater. The heat controller is flanged at the Aluminium-housing. With signal lamp, rotary knob with scale for the temperature below screw on cover. With rod holder.
